According to a recent report at wired.com, there is a new Malware that can remove money from your account with out you ever noticing. Evidence of your dwindling bank account is hidden by sophisticated hack.
So how does the Trojan work?
A Trojan horse program infects the victim’s machine. The infected machine will grab the log in credentials and send them to a host. The host will instruct the Trojan as to how much and where to transfer the money. When you view your bank account on the infected machine, it alters the HTML before displaying in the browser. This helps buy the thieves time by delaying the time it take for a victim to report a theft.
